Certification Testimonial from local Chef Sean O'Brien:

“I have been a member of the A.C.F. either local or National since 1997. It has always been important for me to be a member for many reasons.  I have always had the desire to become be certified in all levels of my career.  It’s a personal goal/standard I would like to achieve and continue.  I feel being certified gives potential employees, customers and staff a sense of higher expectations, knowledge of sanitary standards and a continuous growing knowledge of foods.

I also believe being a member of the A.C.F. is great for networking with others because of the meetings, magazine and A.C.F. web site.  These sources keep me current on the latest trends in the industry."
