About the ACF NY Wine Country Chefs

A little about us.....

The ACF NY Wine Country Chefs chapter was founded the summer of 2003. Our goal is to become an important part of the Finger Lakes community, by becoming involved in networking, fundraising, community outreach and other activities. We have a diverse membership including 2 Certified Executive Chefs.

Our goals include, assisting our members so that they may achieve certification at whatever level they are working towards, creating a resource center that will assist our members when they find themselves in need of staff, purveyors or any other last minute needs. Building a culinary library where we can share all types of culinary materials. Earlier this year we have had Cornell University certified as a place to hold certification practical testing.

Our meetings offer you the chance to network with other chefs in the area. At meetings we also have an educational section, so there is opportunity to grow in your profession and for you to help educate others as well. You have the opportunity to become part of something very special, exciting and fun.
